  Terms

  Upon receipt of the one time set up fee we will optimise your website to achieve the minimum number of top ten positions guaranteed with each package for the agreed keyword phrases.

  If we do not achieve the minimum number of top ten positions guaranteed with each package for the agreed keyword phrases within the agreed number of months of receipt of the one time setup fee we will return 50% of all paid monies.

  If we exceed the guaranteed number of positions you will not be charged extra unless agreed by contract.

  The first monthly maintenance fee is to be paid within 7 working days of achieving the minimum agreed top ten positions in the Search Engines agreed between Netfusion.ws and the client.

  Payments of the monthly maintenance fee are to be paid every following month from the date of the first invoice for the first monthly fee unless Netfusion.ws fails to maintain the minimum number of agreed top ten positions in the Search Engines. If this should occur no further payment is required until the minimum number of agreed top ten positions in the Search Engines is achieved.

  A top 10 result is a listing which appears on the 1st page (top 10) of Altavista, Yahoo web matches, Yahoo Directory, Aol, Netscape, Alltheweb (fast), Lycos, HotBot, MSN, Overture and Google...
